Issue with window locking on screen door. After we spoke with the lady and tried. Everything she suggested, we tried something else and it worked.

Wasnt too happy that we didnt get the issue resolved at the time. Did not want to order a new bottom glass for around $70 when there was nothing wrong with the one we have now, However, the service person was polite and tried to help.

This is the second screen door I have purchased. The first screen was rolled into the retractor and had to return and get a new one.

The second one lasted about 3 months. The screen separated from the bottom track. I took it apart to bring back to the store. It was past the 90 day return policy so I had to go through the warranty.

I called Larson and they said it probably came out of the track because something shifted. They said to put it back together and make sure the screen is in the slide. So basically do my own repairs and if it happens again then I will be doing the same thing over and over again. Poor quality product!

Poor customer service!

Don't purchase unless you want to handyman your screen every time it comes off the track. Waste of $400+ Would not recommend this to anyone!

Had a half-view Larson storm door with a retractable top half screen installed a few years back. Been happy with it, until now.

The screen is torn and have been waiting months!!

Part is out of stock and no idea when it might come back. Terrible customer service!

False Advertising

Larson falsely advertises a lifetime warranty. They claim all their doors are guaranteed, but the vast majority of the doors they sell are made of glass.

When I came home to find a shattered glass door due to elemental conditions, I called them. They explained to me that 'glass sometimes breaks', at which point I informed the male representative that I'm aware of how glass functions. I stated that they advertise a lifetime warranty, yet when you examine the warranty terms, they reduce the limitations to almost nothing. Thus, they offer a lifetime warranty guarantee...but the warranty guarantees nothing.

Stellar customer service has received 1 star and I would give zero if I could.

This is false advertising. The thing burst out of nowhere; I haven't even had it for two years.

The automatic answer gives you their time of operation in Central Time Zone so make sure you're calling at the right time.
The wait to get the operator on the phone has been a bit long, probably little over 5 minutes, but once she responded she was efficient and solved my problem
