Larson definitely doesn't stand behind their product. I purchased one of their Larson Secure Elegance Full View Storm Door from Lowes in 2015 for well over $300.00 and now just two years later the bottom closure has failed and they state that's not covered under warranty, actually based on what they are telling me with their so called Customer Service they stand behind very little on their doors.

If someone knows of a better built storm door where they actually cover the parts for more than one year please let me know - I will definitely not be buying Larson Storm Doors anymore. Not sure why my door stated it had a 10 year warranty - very deceptive advertising.....

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $33.

Preferred solution: A closure shouldn't fail in two years - they should stand behind their product.

I didn't like: Lack of support for defective product attached to their door.

One year coverage for the closer is adequate. Did you have a safety chain on door?

Did wind blow it open too far and bent the rood.

New closer should be $15 and take 2 minutes to install. Ten year warranty on frame and finish is fine.
