Have had the door in 2 years. Last winter I noticed that our front room seemed colder than usual.

I checked the outer door and found that there was a gap of around 1/2" along the top of the door on the striker side. As we have an old house I figured that the frame had dropped. To counteract the cold I put tape along the top of the door on that side to fill the gap. When the weather warmed up I checked the door; the gap was due to the door dropping NOT the frame!

I'm very disappointed with the flimsiness of this door. I guess I'll have to find a better one produced by a more reliable company?
