Defective product
DO NOT PURCHASE LARSEN PRODUCTS!
Purchased the door in April/May 2023. Screen popped out of door, a screen replacement kit was sent and installed.
Two weeks later screen is popped out again.
Cooper,a cust svc manager, said I must be popping the screen out and the only thing he could do was send a screen replacement kit for me to fix it. I am almost 60 with arthritic hands, how would I be installing it?
It took over 2 weeks to get someone on the phone only to find out they dont honor their products or care for their customers. I will let everyone in my telephone book and in my Womens clubs know not to ever purchase Larsen doors.

Warranty question
We have had this door for about a year and last week the contractor went out to his van and I heard a loud sound like a spring broke. I thought it was his van but he was as shocked as I was!
The retractable screen spring had snapped! So the window came crashing down. Thank God it didnt shatter because my 3 year old was standing a few feet away.
Ive tried calling on several occasions. Once they were closed (weekend).
Twice, it said they were swamped with customers and to call back. Once it/they hung up on me.
I gave up. Im very disappointed in this situation because Ive always heard decent things about Larson...

- Customer service cannot be reached
Preferred solution: Someone to answer the darn phone and or fix our door.
