Purchased door online from local home improvement store. Got home with the box still completely intact - no damage at all.

Opened the box of the new storm door and screen frame was bent. Sometimes they are and it is not an issue, so it was installed and retainer strips put into place. Have had nothing but problems with it popping out of the retainer strips the whole time it has been up, about 4 months. Now the retainer strips are cracking, since it is cheap plastic and has been re-positioned several times to secure the screen door, that seems just a little too small for the door.

Larson will not cover screen frame at all and was willing to send new retainer strips 'as a one time courtesy'. REALLY?!?! Shoddy workmanship and then no warranty??

I'll fix it myself. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Larson.
